The new COVID-19 aid package passed by Congress and signed last week by President Donald Trump has an array of relief provisions for agriculture worth approximately $13 billion. It includes aid for sectors, such as biofuels, which missed out on assistance in previous relief measures. It also addresses other needs, such as extending rural broadband.
