U.S. pork exports saw double-digit growth in both volume and value in February, according to the U.S. Meat Export Federation (USMEF). 

February U.S. pork exports increased 11% compared to February 2022, to 219,729 metric tons, while export value increased 10% to $596 million.

Pork exports to Mexico and the Dominican Republic hit record levels. Overall demand for pork variety meat exports also grew.
