More than 100 Farm Bureau members from across the state filled the Iowa Capitol rotunda last week to express their views on key agricultural issues in face-to-face meetings with legislators.

The members urged lawmakers to support legislation to increase biofuel blends, which provide an important market for Iowa’s corn and soybean crops. 

They also stressed the importance of making sure tax reform measures don’t accelerate government land purchases.
