Midwest farmland values up in Q2
New survey found mixed results for Iowa land but charted overall growth in the sector.

Farmland values for the Seventh Federal Reserve District — which includes Iowa — rose 3% in the second quarter of 2025 (April-June) from a year earlier, marking the first year-over-year increase since the first quarter of 2024, according to the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
