Midwest Land values continue to rise
Last week, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago noted that in 2022, states in its district (including portions of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan and Wisconsin) saw a strong annual increase of 12% in farmland values.

Last year’s annual gain was the second largest in the past 10 years, officials with the Chicago Federal Reserve noted.
