House-passed bill targets lowering food, fuel costs
The U.S. House of Representatives passed a bill last week that provides a permanent solution to allow year-round E15 sales, among other provisions aimed at lowering food and fuel costs.
The legislation passed the House with bipartisan support by a vote of 221-204. All four of Iowa’s U.S. House members — Cindy Axne, Randy Feenstra, Ashley Hinson and Mariannette Miller-Meeks — voted for the bill.
