Farmers will see a significant change of direction on trade and environmental regulations along with an increased focus on climate change under a potential Joe Biden administration, according to Mary Kay Thatcher, senior manager of federal government relations for Syngenta.
The outcome of the presidential race may hang in limbo for a while due to recounts and lawsuits, Thatcher noted in a webinar with media previewing what farm policy might look like with Biden as president.
