Working to thwart ag threats

The American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF), Nebraska Farm Bureau and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Omaha Field Office partnered last month to encourage Midwest farmers and ranchers to be proactive and confront the increasing number of agricultural threats facing the ag sector today.
AFBF President Zippy Duvall was a featured speaker at the second annual Agriculture Threats Symposium hosted by the FBI’s Field Office in Omaha, addressing more than 400 participants from 29 states on the campus of the University of Nebraska Omaha.
Duvall said protecting the nation’s food supply is critical to not only national security but also world peace.
