The clock is ticking on time to pass the new United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), members of Iowa’s Congressional delegation warned last week.

Sen. Charles Grassley says he’s worried that the U.S. House “looks increasingly less likely to act this year on USMCA.”

“That threatens passage of the trilateral trade deal this Congress, as next year is a presidential election year,” he said.
