The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s  (USDA) December 2017 feed outlook forecast feed and residual use for feed grains and wheat 151.9 million bushels in 2018. So with more supply and less demand, livestock producers should take advantage of the cost effective feed option sitting at their fingertips, says one economist.
