Calling it a “colossal victory for our farmers and ranchers,” President Donald Trump last week officially signed the new United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). The signing, during a White House ceremony, was applauded by the Iowa Farm Bureau Federation, other commodity organizations and Iowa lawmakers.
