In a recent Nightly Business Report look at the challenges farmers and ranchers want the new administration to address, Bob Young, AFBF’s chief economist, talked about why the Trump administration’s position on trade is important to agriculture.

  “Agriculture is very dependent on agricultural trade,” Young told Nightly Business Report. Further, “we’d very much hope that this administration will do what it can to avoid trade frictions as it goes through some of these renegotiation efforts,” he added.
