Farm Bureau members, who stepped up to thwart proposals to rewrite tax rules and eliminate stepped-up basis, must now mobilize the same kind of grassroots energy to turn back efforts by the federal government to rewrite water rules, according to Zippy Duvall, president of the American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF).
