Ottumwa meat packing employees deported
Workers from Haiti, Cuba, Guatemala and Nicaragua have employment terminated.

More than 200 workers at the JBS pork processing plant in Ottumwa had their work visas revoked last month, making them ineligible to work at the plant, according to reports by the Ottumwa Courier and other media outlets. 

Employees from Haiti, Cuba, Guatemala and Nicaragua were affected by the visa revocation and were offered financial assistance to self-deport.
