Judge freezes WOTUS rule for Iowa, 23 additional states
A federal judge in North Dakota last week halted the Biden administration’s new Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule for Iowa and 23 other states. American Farm Bureau President Zippy Duvall hailed the U.S. District Court ruling as a win for farmers.
