The following statement may be attributed to Iowa Farm Bureau Federation:

"Iowa farmers are disappointed that the EPA has yet again released a Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule that ignores farmers' concerns and fails to take into account farmer input. Today’s rule only intensifies the confusion surrounding what EPA considers a WOTUS, which further stalls conservation progress. Iowa farmers need a clear and consistent rule to continue to produce the food and fuel that powers our country.”
