Iowa farmers adapt to farmers market changes

For Iowa farmers who grow fruits, vegetables and other products for farmers markets, 2021 is proving to be another year of adaptation as markets try to find the perfect blend of open hospitality and health and safety.

At Rinehart’s Family Farm near Boone, Greg, Polly, Daniel and Hope Rinehart are looking to rely on last year’s creative solution.
