EPA proposes increases in RFS volumes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing steady increases in required renewable fuel volumes over the next three years.
The plan offers much needed certainty after years of missed deadlines on fuel blending requirements under the Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS), although the biodiesel groups lamented that the plan underestimates the industry’s potential.
“AFBF applauds EPA’s proposed increases in renewable volumes under the Renewable Fuel Standard.
