An annual American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) survey of grocery shoppers in the U.S. shows the average price tag for this year’s Thanksgiving meal for 10 people is $53.31, up 14% from 2020. 

The survey found the retail cost of turkey averages about $1.50 per pound, up 24% from last year. This represents the largest contributor to the overall price increase for 2021.
