Farmers are being urged to comment on a new proposed Clean Water Rule that will provide clarity and consistency re­­garding federal jurisdiction over Waters of the United States (WOTUS). The Environmental Pro­­tection Agency (EPA) and Army Corps of Engineers published the revised Clean Water Rule last week in the Federal Register, opening the official 60-day public comment period.
