Turkey day tidbits

With the Thanksgiving holiday now in the rearview and everyone presumably sick of hearing about the ongoing he-said, she-said with China, we’re going to break a bit from the normal news cycle this week and talk about turkeys, of which the U.S. happens to be the world's No. 1 producer.

The holiday itself has all sorts of ties to agriculture, from originating as a celebration of a successful harvest to the myriad of food items typically associated with the holiday today that are grown here in the United States.
