Biofuel plants add monarch fueling stations

This is not your typical fueling station. There’s no hot pizza in the warmer inside the store or diesel fuel for the tractors located across from the ethanol at the pumps.
There’s only waves of milkweed and other plants in a beautiful setting available to fuel monarch butterflies.
Several biofuel plants, members of the Iowa Renewable Fuels Association (IRFA), have established patches of monarch habitat, or fueling stations, at their businesses.
