Biofuel advocates vow to fight E15 ruling


Months of strong, year-round sales of E15 hit a potential roadblock recently when the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals struck down the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) rule granting E15 the same volatility waiver that has applied to E10 blends for decades.
