Conservation Planning and Erosivity Tracking: Today and Tomorrow

The Iowa Learning Farms (ILF) conservation webinar taking place Sep. 25 at noon CDT will feature Ryan McGehee, assistant professor, Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering, Iowa State University. McGehee’s core research objective is to “Reliably inform the optimal management and conservation of the Earth’s natural resources through the development and validation of computational models.” His research is concentrated in four key areas including: 1) natural resources conservation planning, 2) climate change and variability, 3) hydrologic and water quality model development, and 4) terrain modeling and flood prediction.
