USDA funds five animal disease response projects in Iowa

Five projects in Iowa received funding last week through this year’s National Animal Disease Preparedness and Response Program (NADPRP). The program, included in the 2018 farm bill, annually funds projects focused on enhancing prevention, preparedness, early detection and rapid response to the most damaging diseases that threaten U.S. livestock.
