With the discovery of African swine fever (ASF) in the western hemisphere, ASF is a real and present threat to all of Iowa agriculture, not only the swine industry!  ASF is not a human health issue but can be devastating to agriculture.  The Iowa Farm Bureau, Iowa Pork Producers Association and Iowa Department of Agriculture & Land Stewardship are cooperating on this informative event.  Expert speakers will provide the most recent information on the potential economic and local impacts of an outbreak in the U.S.
