Texting & driving: It's against the law
Earlier this summer, State Trooper Sgt. Nathan Ludwig was driving his kids to baseball practice when he stopped at a traffic light.
Ludwig says he noticed immediately that the drivers in the cars ahead, behind and on either side of him had their heads down, looking at their phones.
"Summer is a big time for accidents and fatalities. Put your phone down, slow down and wear your seat belt."
