The Iowa Pork Producers Association is blazing a tasty new trail, the Tenderloin Trail. The trail has stops at 14 cafes around our state known for their tenderloins."The tenderloin trail celebrates the authenticity of the tenderloin sandwich, the local Iowa restaurants that prepare them with expertise and the rich heritage of the Iowa pork industry," according to Kelsey Sutter of the pork group. There's even a tenderloin passport and a t-shirt prize for those who make it to 10 stops on the trail.
