AgYield, an agricultural risk management consulting firm based in Clarendon Hills, Illinois, has utilized its in-house proprietary software to develop the AgYield Simulator.
The simulator, first released in March 2015, is a web-based software program that takes students/participants through a simulated growing season so they can develop and manage their own risk management strategy in the face of changing grain prices and basis levels and weather.
