Reynolds proposes enhancements to foreign ag land ownership laws
Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds laid out her agenda for the 2024 Iowa legislative session last week during her annual “Condition of the State” address. The 2024 session began Jan. 8 and is scheduled to end April 16.
