Others work for water quality, but Water Works sits
As we begin 2016, Iowa is brimming with ideas, plans and strategies to address the state’s water quality issues.
Farmers and others have been working for years to save soil and reduce nutrient loss. And knowing that they needed to do more, they worked with state agencies and Iowa State University to develop the science-based Iowa Nutrient Reduction Strategy in 2013.
