“Rain continues to be spotty, Morey said June 29. He had 0.3 inch of rain the previous week and there was some large hail 15 miles north. “We’re needing some water again, but the hills are holding on,” he said. “The corn is all pretty uniform. It’s shoulder- to head-high.” Soybeans are more variable due to replanting. He noticed a few leafhoppers and moths in second-cutting alfalfa. ” Tanner Brass - Franklin County
