Johnson missed the rains last week, allowing the last few wet spots to dry up. South of him in Sioux County, Johnson said there was some damage to corn last week due to a hailstorm. “I think this break in the rain will really help the corn root down well,” he noted June 13. Post-spraying continued in his area last week as well.
