Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird and Nebraska Attorney General Mike Hilgers are leading a multistate petition calling on the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to put an end to misleading labels on glyphosate and other pesticides.
The petition asks the EPA to start rulemaking proceedings to end confusion from additional labeling requirements imposed by states, such as California, on products subject to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
