A bill to increase the use of renewable fuels in the state passed the Iowa House last week by a strong, bipartisan margin. The legislation incentivizes higher blends of biofuels, invests in biofuels infrastructure and increases the availability of E15, or Unleaded 88, at gas stations statewide.
