Iowa cheese is good cheese
Iowa ranks seventh nationally in U.S. cheese production, behind well-known cheese states California and Wisconsin.
Yet more Iowa dairy farmers are learning the art of cheesemaking to meet the growing demand for high-quality, locally sourced artisan cheeses.
