Hearings on the 2018 farm bill are getting started sooner than expected, prompting the Iowa Farm Bureau to seek more information from its members about the changes they would like to see in the legislation, said Iowa Farm Bureau Federation (IFBF) President Craig Hill, a Warren County farmer.
