The House of Representatives narrowly passed its farm bill last week, nearly one month to the day after the same measure failed due to political maneuvering to force a vote on immigration reform.

The Agriculture and Nutrition Act of 2018 (H.R. 2) passed June 21 on a 213-211 vote. House Democrats unanimously opposed the bill, and 20 Republican members also voted against it.
