The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) continues to work toward regulatory changes on water rules, renewable fuels and pesticides to help farmers, the agency’s acting administrator said last week during a visit with Iowa lawmakers and ag leaders. But the department, Andrew Wheeler said, plans to be careful as it makes the changes to help protect them from being overturned by lawsuits.
