Farm Bureau, along with other agriculture organizations and farm-state lawmakers, applauded last week as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers repealed the 2015 Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule.

With the repeal of the Obama-era rule, the agencies said they planned to return to the existing rules in place before WOTUS and then move ahead with adopting a new rule.
