Granger locals convert an old livestock trailer into a mobile coffee shop, offering quality coffee on the go.

A few years ago, Jessica Shillington and Melanie Clark started casually talking about how their small town of Granger didn’t have a coffee shop or gathering place. They tossed around the idea of opening their own, but never too seriously — until this past year. 

One day in February this year, Clark randomly called Shillington and said they should consider it again. Shillington responded that Clark’s call was great timing, because she was thinking the same thing. 

They knew they wanted to bring coffee to Granger, but they also didn’t want to commit to a brick and mortar because they both have busy family lives and other jobs as well.
