AFBF: New water rule a disappointment
The American Farm Bureau Federation (AFBF) criticized the plan outlined last week by the Environment Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to reestablish the pre-2015 definition of “waters of the United States” (WOTUS).
