2026 Iowa Farm Bureau Annual Meeting & County Leadership Conference

December 8-9, 2026 - Des Moines, Iowa

---

Join us for the 2026 Iowa Farm Bureau Annual Meeting & County Leadership Conference as we celebrate the accomplishments of our county Farm Bureaus and the strength of our grassroots organization. As we commemorate America’s 250th anniversary, we’ll also honor the vital role agriculture has played in growing our nation for 250 years and recognize the people, progress, and pride that continue to define Farm Bureau and the heart of Iowa.

During this two-day event, you'll have the opportunity to reconnect with friends, expand your network, and leave inspired with fresh ideas for the future of agriculture. Gain valuable perspectives on agricultural policy and the post-election outlook, and discover through real-world examples how AI can increase efficiency, strengthen decision-making, uncover new insights, and create opportunities on the farm and across ag businesses. Plus, explore actionable leadership strategies and transition planning tools designed to help you successfully navigate change, guide your farm business through transitions, and manage the emotional challenges that often accompany the journey.

We’re also honored to welcome our keynote speaker, Mark Lindquist — a U.S. Air Force veteran whose extraordinary journey from a South Korean orphanage to a Minnesota farm family demonstrates how one opportunity can transform a life and inspire a legacy of service, leadership, and purpose.

For more information or to register for the 2026 Annual Meeting, please reach out to your county Farm Bureau by November 20.
