We’re also honored to welcome our keynote speaker, Lisa Bluder — legendary former head coach of the Iowa Hawkeyes women’s basketball program and a trailblazer in collegiate athletics. Over an extraordinary 24-year career, Coach Bluder not only became the all-time winningest coach in Big Ten history, but also redefined what it means to lead with purpose and passion. Her legacy includes 22 postseason appearances, five Big Ten Tournament championships, and back-to-back National Championship runs in her final seasons. Lisa’s story is a powerful testament to building a culture of excellence, resilience, and lasting impact — both on and off the court.
