  • Retail diesel prices in Iowa were up 6 cents this week with a statewide average of $3.49. 
    1. One year ago, diesel prices averaged $2.51 in Iowa. 
    2. The current Iowa diesel price is 19 cents less than the national average of $3.68.
  • Wholesale ethanol held steady and is currently priced at $2.16.
  • The current Des Moines Terminal/Rack Prices are $2.38 for U87-E10, $2.63 for Unleaded 87 (clear), $2.63 for ULSD#2, $2.89 for ULSD#1, and $2.20 per gallon for E-70 prices.

  • Home heating oil prices rose 6 cents, with a statewide average of $3.15 per gallon.
