Farmers mean a lot of different things to America. But, according to U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, they mean something that most Americans would never think of — freedom.

At the Am­­er­­ican Farm Bureau Fed­er­­ation annual convention in San Antonio last week, Vilsack ex­­plained why he thinks that the success of American agriculture is such a vital part of our country.
