A U.S. appeals court recently upheld a district court ruling in favor of Deere & Company that found design defects aren't covered by the equipment manufacturer’s warranty. 

The lawsuit was brought by Secura Insurance Co., which insured two Deere model year 2018.5 RX tractors purchased by Molitor Equipment LLC.
