IFBF Market Study Tour participants witness extensive challenges in Lone Star state.
Farm Bureau members from across the state saw firsthand some of the struggles facing farmers and ranchers in Texas — from pest-borne diseases and cattle import restrictions to urban sprawl and persistent drought — during the 2026 Market Study Tour March 9-12.
“We’re basically allies,” said Carroll County Farm Bureau member Kevin Boyle. “Every agricultural state is an ally of the other states, and we have to work together.”
