ISU veterinary student will be recognized as an American Star in Agriscience finalist at National FFA Convention later this month. 

Tessa Tauke’s first FFA project in eighth grade at Beckman Catholic in Dyersville involved testing different brands of adhesive tape for effectiveness across different temperatures and surfaces.

“It was a pretty simple idea, but I loved that I could take something I was curious about, develop a question, design an experiment and actually find an answer,” Tauke said.
