Off-target dicamba injury complaints increase

Complaints about dicamba herbicide injury to crops jumped during the last two weeks of July, according to Iowa State University (ISU) Extension agronomists.
"The intensity of complaints have ramped up in the last 10 days," Paul Kassel, ISU Extension field agronomist in northwest Iowa, said last week. "There’s quite a lot south of Spencer."
Joel DeJong, ISU Extension field agronomist in Plymouth County, said off-target dicamba injury calls continue to roll into his office as well.
