“We’re starting to get a little bit busier as we get close to harvest,” Hammen said Sept. 13, between work on his combine, checking wagons and making sure the tractor was ready. Scouting revealed a lot of disease pressure, especially in beans around him, including SDS, common and southern rust. “I don’t know yet if any of it will be a yield limiter,” Hammen said.”
